Amy Leach - HomeProz

Born and raised in Albert Lea, Minnesota, Amy Leach brings deep local roots, a strong background in agriculture, and years of sales and real estate experience to her role with HomeProz.

A graduate of St. Olaf College with a degree in Economics and Management, Amy built her career with WinField United, working closely with agricultural retailers, cooperatives, and customers throughout the Midwest. Her passion for agriculture began at an early age, working alongside her family and developing an appreciation for hard work, strong relationships, and the communities that make Southern Minnesota special.

After returning to Albert Lea, Amy expanded her professional experience into real estate, earning her license and spending four successful years with Century 21 Atwood. There, she helped buyers and sellers navigate important decisions with knowledgeable, personalized service.

Today, Amy brings that combination of local knowledge, real estate experience, agricultural roots, and relationship-driven sales expertise to HomeProz. She takes pride in understanding her clients’ needs, earning their trust, and delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, boating, CrossFit, running, and spending time with her silver Lab, Tango, and three cats.
