Purcell Towing & Roadside Assistance

For 39 years, Purcell Towing has been helping drivers throughout Apple Valley and the South Metro get back on the road with fast, honest, dependable roadside assistance and towing.

Founded in 1987, we’ve seen just about every roadside situation imaginable—from dead batteries on a cold Minnesota morning to vehicle lockouts, jump starts, towing, and specialty vehicle transport. Our goal has always been simple: do the job right, treat people fairly, and get you moving again as quickly as possible.

Because we’re based in Apple Valley, we can typically reach customers throughout the South Metro in 30 minutes or less. When you're stranded, we know every minute matters.

Fair, Upfront Pricing

We believe the price we quote should be the price you pay. No hidden fees and no surprise charges. We offer competitive, fair pricing and take the time to make sure you understand the service before we get started.

More Than Just a Jump Start

When we jump-start your vehicle, we don't simply connect the cables and drive away. We check your alternator to make sure it is charging properly. A failing alternator can cause your battery to die again shortly after a jump, so we check the charging system to help prevent you from ending up stranded twice.

Professional Equipment, Local Experience

Our fleet is equipped with well-maintained towing equipment, specialty lockout tools, and commercial-grade jump-start equipment. We're also equipped with Minnesota's only mobile Level II EV charger, giving electric vehicle owners another option when they need roadside assistance.

Here When You Need Us

Whether you're dealing with a dead battery, locked keys, a vehicle that won't start, or you need a tow, Purcell Towing is ready to help. If we happen to miss your call, text us at 612-564-8697 and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

After 39 years in business, we know that needing a tow or roadside assistance usually isn't something you planned for. That's why we focus on making the experience as quick, straightforward, and stress-free as possible.
