Sales Team Commission Structure

Welcome to the Chumbiz.com Sales Team! We are thrilled to have you join us. Our commission structure is crafted to reward your dedication and incentivize outstanding performance. Below is a comprehensive overview of how commissions are calculated and paid.

Advertising Packages

We offer three advertising packages to our clients:

Commission Rates

Your commission is based on your Net Weekly Sales (NWS) (gross sales minus any discounts given to secure the sale). The commission rates are as follows:

Note: Commissions are applied retroactively. For example, if your NWS are $1,500, you will receive a 35% commission on the entire $1,500, not just on the $500 over $1,000. If your net weekly sales exceed $2,000, you will receive 40% on the entire net sale.

Example Scenario for a Given Week

If you sell $900, you receive a 30% commission:
$900 x 30% = $270

If you sell an additional $200 to reach $1,100 in NWS, you will receive a 35% commission on the entire amount:
$1,100 x 35% = $385

If you keep adding NWS and reach $2,000, your commission will be 40%:
$2,000 x 40% = $800

Monthly Bonus

5% Bonus: If your NWS exceeds $10,000 in any calendar month, you will earn an additional 5% bonus on your total net sales for that month. This bonus will be paid on the 5th day of the following month.

Lifetime Commissions and Weekly Sales Qualification

Lifetime Commissions: Commissions are paid for the lifetime of the customer's subscription as long as the customer continues to pay monthly or annually and you meet the minimum weekly sales requirement.

Qualification for Renewal Sales: To qualify for renewal commissions, you must achieve a minimum of three new sales each week. This ensures consistent effort and maximizes your long-term earnings.

Weekly Sales Report Submission

Submission Deadline: Each salesperson must submit their previous week's sales report for approval by Monday at noon.

Payment Schedule: Payments for the Net Weekly Sales will be made the following Friday.

Daily Reporting Requirement

Reporting Requirement: Salespersons must submit a report for each closed sale to confirm the transaction and ensure our Design and Marketing Department has a fully functional customer page displayed on Chumbiz.com.

Minimum Sales Requirement

Weekly Sales Target: To ensure continuous performance, you are required to make at least three new sales each week. This helps maintain a steady sales pace and sets clear weekly targets.

Flexible Working Hours and Compensation

Work Schedule: There is no minimum number of working hours required per week. You have the flexibility to decide your work hours and days as long as you meet the minimum of three new sales per week.

Commission-Based Pay: Chumbiz.com does not compensate you based on time or hours worked. Instead, you will receive commission-based pay according to the net sales thresholds reached.

Discretionary Discounts

To assist in closing deals, especially with small businesses, you can offer the following discretionary discounts. These discounts are intended to help secure sales and can also be used to encourage annual rather than monthly subscriptions, which can lead to larger sales and more upfront commissions:

Application: These discounts should be applied as a code at the time of completing the payment for the selected package on the checkout page.

Note: It is recommended to use these discounts primarily with small businesses. Large companies should be able to pay the full price and are expected to be closed without the need for discounts.

The more you sell, the more you earn—it's as simple as that. We believe this structure not only rewards your hard work but also provides strong incentives to achieve higher sales and secure long-term customers. Thank you for being a part of our team. We look forward to your continued success at Chumbiz.com!
